The location was central. A bus or taxi could easily reach it. I could walk to the Ruins of Saint Paul's (amazing!).
I noticed a slight stain on one of the towels (it was very minor, though).

the front desk staff are nice. they are approachable too. luggage storage is available at the front desk. the location is good with bus stops nearby.
The power points had red lights. This was very distracting at night. the room was a little small. we had difficulty opening up our luggages.

Leon and ancent were helpful throughout our stay. the cleaning staff were very kind. They always greeted us. the location proved convenient, especially with its proximity to the sofitel. amenities like slippers and toothbrushes added a nice touch.
i noticed a stain on a towel. the power points emitted red lights that were somewhat distracting at night. space felt limited, made opening our luggage challenging.

The hotel is near a supermarket called 'loi loi' and a convenience store, providing easy access to essential supplies. a short five-minute walk leads to the street of souvenirs. A dim sum restaurant is also close. it's a great spot for exploration.

The room included a small table with a small lamp and a small wardrobe complete with hangers. A safe and a small refrigerator were available. it also included a kettle, hot and cold cups, a window, wifi, and disposable slippers. the air conditioning had three settings.
